Tapduk Emre Mausoleum
In the village of Emrem Sultan, there is the tomb of Tapduk Emre, the spiritual guide of Yunus Emre. The tomb is a large, square-plan, domed, stone structure. It was built using rubble stone, brick, and recycled stone. Inside are graves said to belong to Tapduk Emre and his relatives. To the west of the tomb, there is another rectangular-plan tomb with a roof, containing three graves. The Sakarya River flows 2 km south of the tombs.

Asarlık Tepeler Natural Monument
Asarlık Tepeleri is a natural wonder formed by the erosion of clay layers of varying resistance. Access to the Tepeleri is possible on foot after the Seben-Nallıhan Highway. This natural monument has been registered as a natural monument by the Ministry of Forestry. The area is surrounded by forests and offers wonderful views for photo safaris. Nearby are Danişment village, Ova Creek, and Bozkaya Reservoir.

Davutoğlan Bird Sanctuary
Located in the Sakarya River basin on the historic Silk Road and protected since 1994, Davutoğlan Bird Sanctuary is a wildlife conservation area covering 425 hectares, home to more than 179 bird species that live and breed there. Situated along the bird migration route from the Istanbul and Çanakkale straits, this area serves as a stopover for migratory birds in spring and autumn, providing them with feeding, resting, and sheltering opportunities, as well as breeding grounds for certain species. The area attracts attention with its diverse geological structure and has a visually stunning landscape with layers of yellow, brown, and reddish colors reflecting the characteristics of the sedimentary environment. Wet mud flats, woodlands, steppes, and rocky areas provide opportunities for many species to feed and shelter. The endangered black stork breeds in Davutoğlan Bird Paradise. Black Kite, White-tailed Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Raven, Red-billed Chough, and Lesser Kestrel are seen in this region. Throughout the year, 10 species of birds of prey, 5 species of owls, 35 species of water birds, and 80 species of songbirds can be seen here. In June, 3,000 storks and 150 black storks live in the region, and in winter, 3,000 bean geese.

Aqua Vega
Aqua Vega, Türkiye’s longest tunnel aquarium located inside a shopping mall, was opened to visitors on April 23, 2012. Consisting of 25 different aquariums with a total indoor area of 6,000 square meters and a water capacity of 4.5 million liters, Aqua Vega hosts 12,000 marine creatures in its 98-meter-long tunnel. The Wildlife section, which showcases the extraordinary lives of not only ocean creatures but also those of forests and deserts, was opened on October 27, 2017. This thrilling and adrenaline-filled section exhibits over 250 wild animals. Aqua Vega welcomes visitors on the second basement floor of Nata Vega Outlet Mall.

The Presidential Nation’s Library of Türkiye was initiated under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in 2015 and was officially inaugurated on February 20, 2020. Covering an area of 125,000 m² with a seating capacity of 5,500, the library provides access to more than 5 million printed works in 134 languages, along with over 9 million electronic resources. In addition, through 233 databases, users can reach more than 300 million articles, reports, and publications. Since 2020, the library has also provided access to the digitized collections of the Directorate of State Archives, making a total of more than 141 million resources available to researchers. With this extensive collection, the Nation’s Library stands among the world’s leading libraries.

İdris Mountain with an altitude of 1992 meters, which is in the west of Kalecik within the borders of Elmadağ district, in the east of Ankara, is divided into two by Kızılırmak. Transportation is made from Yeşildere and Hasanoğlan towns. Its summit, slopes and Kızılırmak shores are suitable for hiking and photosafari.
