Güvenlik Monument
The statue made of Ankara stone is located at Güvenpark in Kızılay. It was built by Prof. Holzmeister, Prof. Anton Hanlak and Prof. JosephThorak in 1935. The monument, built as a gift of Turkish people to the police and gendarmerie, includes various reliefs symbolizing these security forces, sculptures of Atatürk and his comrades in arms during the War of Independence and reform movement, reliefs symbolizing the human intellect and agricultural works of farmers.

The Khojaly Memorial Park Museum
The Khojaly Memorial Park Museum was established in Kızılcahamam district through the joint efforts of the district’s municipality and the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ankara. Within the museum building, there an exhibition area and a library featuring panels, books, magazines and various materials depicting the massacre commited by Armenians in the town of Khojaly, Azerbaijan, in 1992. In the courtyard of the museum, a commemorative monument is also situated

Supported by photographs and documentary materials, this museum presents the journey of Altınköy from its founding to the present day, while also emphasizing the role of the ecomuseum approach in the preservation and sustainability of cultural heritage

Museum Of Ankara Universıty Pharmacy Faculty
The museum, established within Ankara University’s Faculty of Pharmacy, consists of three sections: the Equipment Museum, and the Museum Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Museum displays ready-made medicines and raw materials used during the Ottoman period and the first 30 years of the Republic. The Equipment Museum exhibits pharmacy devices that are no longer in use, while the Museum Pharmacy section recreates a pharmacy from the early 1900s.

Turkish Bath Museum
The Turkish Bath Museum preserves the Turkish bath culture, etched in universal and collective memory, as a whole and strives to pass it on to future generations. In addition to exhibiting the architectural features of the baths and the items used during bathing, the museum also interprets Turkish bath culture through the “henna (bridal) bath” exhibition, which depicts the role of baths in ceremonial life, and through reenactments of the “mother of the bath,” “father of the bath,” and “bullying” figures.

Ziraat Bank Museum
Constructed between 1926 and 1929 by Italian architect Giulio Mongeri, the building is one of the significant structures of the First National Architectural Movement. The museum is located in the Honor Hall of the Ziraat Bank Headquarters and was opened as a museum on November 20, 1981, coinciding with the bank’s 118th anniversary. Reflecting the commercial, economic, political, cultural, artistic, and educational evolution of Türkiye’s banking system up to the present day, the Ziraat Bank Museum exhibits numerous antique artifacts within a historical atmosphere.

Balıklı Hot Spring
In the village of Ilıca, 35 kilometres southeast of Polatlı district, the hot spring water, which is thought to be discovered in the Roman Period, flows warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Fishes that live in the pond are said to be sacred. According to the belief, when the country goes into war, the fish disappear from the pool and join the war as soldiers.

Ptt Stamp Museum
Located in the Ulus district, the former building of the National Estate and Orphans Bank was renovated and opened as the PTT Stamp Museum in 2013. Recognized as a prominent stamp museum on a global scale, the venue offers insight into the history of communication and exhibits various materials used in postal services from past to present. In addition to showcasing artifacts that shed light on Turkish history, the museum’s collection includes stamps from both the Ottoman and Republican periods. The museum also features stamps themed around Atatürk, history, tourism, nature, sports, vehicles, and cultural heritage, as well as children’s stamps, international stamps, postcards, first-day covers, and commemorative envelopes

Cartographical Museum
Located within the Central Barracks of the General Command of Mapping under the Ministry of National Defense, the Cartography Museum holds the status of a second-class military museum. It was originally established on May 2, 1971, under the Command of the Higher School of Mapping and was reorganized in 2003. The museum’s collection includes old tools and equipment related to cartography, as well as various maps obtained from archives and sources both domestically and internationally.

Beypazarı History And Culture Museum
The building, functioning as an ethnographic museum, houses artifacts and objects reflecting the culture of Beypazarı and its surroundings during the Ottoman and Republican periods. In the museum’s rooms, traditional weddings -once celebrated over seven days in Beypazarıare presented along with the customs, traditions, and local attire associated with these ceremonies. In the museum garden, archaeological artifacts from the Roman and Byzantine periods are also on display.

Tabanlıoğlu Castle
The site is located to the north of Adaören Village in Beypazarı, along the banks of the Kirmir Stream. On the eastern slope of the hill, well-preserved fortification remains with an approximate height of 8 meters can be observed. The defensive wall, constructed using large, well-cut rectangular stone blocks laid in dry masonry technique, is reinforced with towers. Due to the presence of different construction techniques, it is understood that the same walls and towers were repaired and reused during various periods. Archaeological evidence indicates that the fortifications were in use from the Early Roman Period through the Middle Ages.

Ilıcaözü Deresi Trenches
It is in the boundaries of Polatlı district. It is in the region where the Sakarya Pitched Battle took place. The defense line extending in the north-south direction turns in the West-East direction along the Ilıcaözü stream. On the first days of the war, when the Ilıcaözü stream was red because of the bloodshed, the green Ilıca Valley was in flames and smoke.
