Recipe
Preparation This dessert, traditionally prepared during religious festivals and served to guests, has two variations: sweet and savory. For sütlaç (rice pudding), rice is first boiled and then added to milk. Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency, sugar is incorporated, and the dessert is transferred to plates for serving. After cooking, it is traditionally placed in copper trays, from which guests eat communally. In Sinanlı Village, a local variation is prepared by adding salt instead of sugar during the cooking process.
