Recipe
Yogurt, egg, and water are whisked together until reaching an ayran-like consistency. Pre-boiled cracked wheat is added, and the mixture is stirred continuously until it comes to a boil. Before serving, mint is drizzled over the top. Bone broth may be added optionally.
