About
Eğrekkaya Dam, situated 75 km north of Ankara, 3 km away from Kızılcahamam, was built between 1985-1992 to feed Kurtboğazı Dam. Çekerek and Sey streams feed the dam lake. The forested area around the dam is rich in vegetation. This area is suitable for photosafari and nature walks.
