It is in the south of Ankara Castle. There is a lion statue on the wall of the zawiya. It was built in 1290 by Ahi Hüsameddin and his brother, Ahi Hasaneddin. The threedoored mosque has a longitudinal rectangular floor plan, a minaret, and a sharp, lead-plated roof. Its thick minaret rises on an octagon base and is partially decorated with sky blue and dark blue tiles. Marble capitals found in the mosque are from the Roman period. It has one of the most beautiful mihrabs of Anatolian Seljuk Period. The carpenter of the wooden pulpit was Mehmed b. Ebubekir. The inscription of the building was stolen. The tomb and the zawiya are situated in the northeast side of the mosque. The tomb in the garden of the zawiya has a square plan, octagonal rim and a pyramidal cone. Ahi Şerafeddin, who died in 1350, and his ancestors and family members are buried in the tomb. The wooden sarcophagus on the tomb of Ahi Şerafeddin is exhibited in the Ethnography Museum
