Microscopic plant and animal organisms, whose fossils are found in the basin of Beşkonak village of Kızılcahamam, lived in the past in the sweet and salty lakes and seas. In addition to diatomites seen around Aqueous, Georgians, Salın and Kerimler, there are fossils of fish, frogs, reptiles, insects, leaves, stems and seeds belonging to the myocene lake fauna in the region.
