İvaz Dede, whose mausoleum is located in the Ayvaşık Quarter, is referred to in historical sources as Şeyh İvaz Dede and İvaz Baba, and is popularly known as Ayvaşık Dede. Evliya Çelebi mentions this mausoleum in his Seyahatname during his visit to Beypazarı in 1648.
