The construction of the building is dated to the late 15th century or the early 16th century. The prayer hall is accessed through a large pointed-arched portal located on the eastern side. At the northeastern corner, there is a square-plan mausoleum attached to the mosque. Both the mosque and the mausoleum underwent restoration works in 2010.
