The tomb in Ulus was built in the name of Aynişah Hatun, who died at a young age in 1577 or 1578 according to the foundation documents. Brick and Ankara stone were used in the construction of the tomb. There is an Ottoman inscription written on marble in the pointed arch above the door of the tomb located on the east facade. The dome of the tomb is covered with lead and there is a sarcophagus in its prayer hall.
