Suluhan, located in Hacı Doğan neighborhood, was built in 1685 by Şeyhülislam Mehmet Emin Bey. The first part of the inn, which consists of two parts, has a rectangular plan close to a square. It has a courtyard in the middle and has two floors. In this section, the outer walls of a few of the shops on the east and south facades have survived. The second part at the south end is single storied and narrower. It is estimated that the second part, which is completely buried under the ground now, is reserved for barns and warehouses. The walls in both parts are made of rubble stone. A small Ottoman bazaar is located on the western edge of the inn. Suluhan, a shopping center today as it was in the past, is frequented by domestic and foreign tourists.
