İncili Mosque, located on Kuyumcular Street in the Rüstempaşa Quarter of Beypazarı city center, is a square-plan structure constructed of finely dressed stone. A wooden minaret rises on its northwest side. The western façade features two windows on each level, while the southern façade has three windows and the eastern façade has four windows. Access to the mosque is provided through a door on the northern façade, leading into a square-plan prayer hall covered with a wooden ceiling. On the southern side, there is a stucco mihrab and a wooden minbar. The building is covered with a tiled roof. According to the restoration inscription above the entrance door, the mosque was completely destroyed by a fire during the reign of Sultan Abdülhamid II and was subsequently reconstructed in 1901 by a benefactor named Abbas Zade Hacı Mehmed. The inscription band on the border of the mihrab bears the date 1816, which is considered to represent the original construction date of the mosque.
