Situated in Oltan town of Ayaş and on the slope of Ankara Stream Valley, the cave is also known as Hamamboğazı. The cave can be reached via a dirt road from the Ayaş-Polatlı Highway. It is 60 m high from the Ankara River bed and 128 m deep. Carved in the Byzantine Period, the entrance of the cave was built with rubble stones. The cave contains remains of walls, windows, cistern and plenty of ceramic tiles. The rock steps that enable the cave to reach the valley can be seen in the surroundings.
