It is located on a sloping land in Çamlıca street of İsmetpaşa district. The mosque, which is reached via an 11-step staircase on the east facade, is made of mudbrick. It is towering on a stone foundation and is a plain looking structure with a tile roof. It was built in 1392 by Ahi Yakub, son of Ahi Çelebi who was son of Ahi Sinan. It stands out with its typical mihrab, as the 14th century Ankara mosques.
