About
The positions on the south and east
hills of Toydemir village are the ones used as
second-line positions. Our troops, which receded
from the Ilıcaözü positions and Yıldız
Mountain, retreated by fighting on these
lines. Women, young girls, and elderly citizens
from behind the front took part in the
preparation of these positions. In this line, the
enemy was stopped with bayonet attack. After
being under occupation for 15 days, it was
taken back by the 47th regiment.
