It is on a 100-meter-high hill located
2 km to the north of Yıldız Mountain, which
is 1.5 km south of Çanakçı village of Polatlı.
The hill has a wide viewing angle to Sakarya
River Valley and the north of the valley. The
view range in the northwest direction is
about 30 km. Gordion, 25 km north, is also
in the viewing range. Architectural and ceramic
remains are at the top of the hill. Two
different types of architectural remains were
identified, namely Hellenistic and Roman periods.
About 15 m below the hill, on the steep
southern slope of the castle, ancient stone
quarries were identified.
